Fur-Ex is an advanced 3-point system from ProGroom specifically formulated to help remove the collected undercoat of double-coated breeds after the bath.

STEP 1 Prepare the coat for loose hair removal and begin de-shedding.

FurEx Cleanse Shampoo Step 1 is a deeply penetrating yet gentle shampoo designed to cleanse and neutralise the ionic charge within the coat, removing dirt, odours, and excess sebum. This prepares the coat for loose hair removal and begins the de-shedding process.

Our unique FurEx system has been scientifically designed to work together, significantly reducing the time and effort required to remove collected undercoats.

HOW TO USE:

• For best results, always use all three of the FurEx system products
• It is essential to follow the Instructions
• For Best results, please watch our video prior
• Shake the bottle thoroughly
• FurEX is concentrated and should be diluted before usage
• Tip: add water volume first, then add the product and shake well (use warm water for colder climates)
• Step 1 requires two washes (the first wash only can be used in the hydrobath)
• 2nd wash must be hand washed
• Always use diluted shampoo within 24-48 hours

DILUTIONS:

Step 1 Cleanse – First Wash

• Dilute 1 part shampoo to 10 parts water OR add 30- 60 mls to Hydrobath holding tank

Step 1 Cleanse – Second Hand Wash Only

• Dilute 1 part shampoo to 4 parts water

APPLICATION:

1. Dilute products to the above instructions
2. Place the pet straight into the bath
3. First wash (can be applied either by hand or hydrobath)
4. Wet coat down
5. Apply diluted shampoo and work into the coat to form a lather
6. Rinse with fresh water
7. Second wash (hand wash only)
8. Apply diluted shampoo and work well into the coat
9. Use either a comb or brush; through this will assist in loosening the coat
10. Rinse coat

SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS:

• Always read and follow the instructions carefully, including any warnings for use
• It is essential to avoid contact with the eyes
• If a dog is squinting or rubbing at eyes, flush gently with tepid water for 5 minutes
• Always use diluted products within 24-48 hours

PRODUCT STORAGE:

• We recommend when you open a product for the first time that you write the opening date on the bottle
• Opened products must be used within the opening time suggested on the individual bottle label
• Keep lids on products when not in use and use the product within the recommended time
• Avoid storing your products in direct sunlight or near heat sources, and choose dry, cool storage areas where possible.
• Regularly wash and sterilise all applicators and dilution bottles thoroughly
• Allow applicators to dry thoroughly before use
